MARCH 2023 UPDATE: Mandani Bay Quay Tower 3, the newest addition to the residential portfolio in the waterfront development, is offering fully furnished units in various configurations and with super big discounts.
Mandani Bay Quay Tower 3’s residential units will be turned over fitted with a range hood and induction stove cooktop in the kitchen, a multi-point shower water heater and shower glass partition in the bathroom area, and a split-type air conditioning unit and roll-up blinds in the living and bedroom areas.

PHASE 1 (MANDANI BAY SUITES):
Mandani Bay Suites comprises the first phase of the project. This two-tower phase houses approximately 1,200 condominium units with special units including loft units, garden duplexes, townhouses, and penthouses. The amenities for the sole use of residents are laid out on top of the retail podiums and are flanked by the residential towers. Units were already sold out.
Mandani Bay Suites was recently awarded a four-star accreditation under the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) system implemented by the non-stock, non-profit Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC).
